Ottawa gamers

Lost power sometime last night, long enough to drain the UPS - firewall system then decided for some reason that its watchdog should timeout, and force-rebooted the system every 7 minutes from 5 AM, not sure why....

It's been doing that, or something like that, for the last week. In the evenings, no one can log on. It might be more than an isolated incident.
